Before her entrepreneurial venture, she worked as a senior-level human resource and organization development professional in non-profit and Fortune 100 companies, including Microsoft, Starbucks, Sears, Tribune Company, YWCA, and KinderCare Education.
Currently, she is the President of Reimagine Organization Development, Inc. This boutique consulting firm provides various organizational solutions focused on cultural transformation, diversity, equity & inclusion, and leadership development.
She earned her Ph.D. in Organization Development from Benedictine University, her Master of Science degree from Loyola University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University.
In 2019, she authored the Who Are We Journal? a Diversity & Inclusion Journal, which was created to foster an understanding and appreciation for our differing experiences and beliefs and encourage people to engage, understand, and respect individuals who are the opposite of you.
In 2018, her titled chapter, "Role Modeling as an Alternative to Mentoring for Career Development Outcomes in Organizations," will be included in the 2018 volume of Leadership and Role Modeling: Understanding Workplace Dynamics published by Palgrave Macmillan.
In addition, throughout her career, she has received over 15 professional and academic awards, 2 Best Paper Awards from the Academy of Management, and presented over 15 times at academic conferences from 2012-2019.
She is active in several HR and OD organizations and serves on the board of philanthropic organizations.
